The retail real estate group specializes in the resale, sale and marketing of properties. Our buyer agents work closely with buyers, first time homebuyers and investors.

The REO Asset Management Division specializes in providing an array of services to financial institutions. We understand the nuances in handling all aspects of managing REO and foreclosed properties; everything from the initial occupancy check, code violations, property valuations and preservation, marketing and preparing the property for sale to closing the deal.

In addition to providing REO disposition and marketing services, The Hunte Group's REO Division provides Broker Price Opinions (BPO), which includes exterior and interior inspections and more.

The Short Sale Facilitation Division works with distressed sellers to sell their homes "short", as well as the Loss Mitigation Departments (Asset Mgrs) to initiate the short sale process.

We believe in assisting sellers in understanding their options so they can become part of the solution. To simplify this process we aim to work with many of the Loss Mitigation/Asset Managers and other facilitation companies to reach a solution more quickly and effectively.

We are also CDPE certified. (Certified Distressed Property Experts) This certification is an educational requirement of all Short Sale Consultants at The Hunte Group.
